Hi! :)
Hi everybody! Its been a while since I've posted.....
So, anyway. Its March, the green month. And St. Patricks Day is coming up soon. (In 12 days) Also, its my sister, Rohaina's birthday that day. March 17th 2011. She'll be turning 10,... her first double digit numbers! I hope you all wish her a happy birthday. And also, I only have a few followers. Four, I think. I was hoping that some other of my friends could also follow me and post some comments along the way. Anyway. So,... I wish all of my classmates a very happy St. Patricks Day!!! ☺ ♥ ♫ ☼

Abeer-Gods Of Egypt- Ra
1. The name of my God is Ra.
2. Ra was the God of the Sun during dynastic Egypt.
3. Ra's symbol is either a hawk-headed man or a hawk.
4. Ra wore robes made of silk and a sun disk on his head.
5. It is said that Ra was depicted traveling on a boat through the waters of the Heaven and through
the Underworld.
6. Ra was the father of Shu and Tefnut.
7. Ra was also the grandfather of Nut and Geb, great-grand father of Osiris, Set, Isis, and Nephthys,
and great-great grandfather of Horus.
8.Ra's full name was "Ra, the great God, Lord of Heaven".

Website Review
I think that the website I went on was very informative, was useful, and had sections on Mesopotamian's daily life, geography, government, industry, and social levels (social classes). The website had a few pictures on each of its sections and contains many vocabulary words that would be useful to learn (such as "Hammurabi" or "ziggurat". This website is a good resource to use if anyone needs to learn more about Mesopotamia.☺
Reflection
The beggining of my year was terrific!. I was really good in Math and Social Studies. Ms. Wcislo was really funny and Mrs. Mann was fun. I needed to work on English and science though. To make the rest of my year a success, I will focus in class, pay attention to the teacher, follow directions, and try to be independent.
